 Understanding Our Innocence is Lost
Fantasia
splashing
colours
off of mirrors
incandesent
glows of a
flowers
offspring
in the snow
teardrops and
make-up
polyunsaturate
liquid sunshine
and all we have
to show
it makes poorman's
sense in a wise
man's world
shredded and
taciturn glimpses
into another
world takes hold
release myself
from this genetic
mold..For it
may still hold true
that once man
and woman knew
but yet not quite
enough to remain
steady and sure
For the snake
led you and me
pass the garden
of serenity
With one sweet
taste of a
forbidden fruit
And all knowing
dessert..For
we lost our
identity of
innocence in
one final stroke
Seeing ourselves
with eyes wide open
Understanding
came upon us
Knowledge from
the tree an
ocean of indifference
from Satan,woman
and a long standing
tree..for we were
cast out from our
own devices..
Our sublime intelligence
was it really worth
the consequence
Nay say the price
Do the vapours
Hold the temple?
Like the spirit
in you and me
Does the vessel
Hold all that
is real and all
that we feel just
a sample of
another reality
Mechanical
meat in motion
Pull the lever
inside my mental
umbrella take
notice and care
And please
try not to tear
For the rip
inside my soul
might scare
and disable
my memory
of fanciful
lightheart
scenery
Pears and plums
Rasberry tarts
and rat salad
crouton's galour..
