I've always said there's an angel on my shoulder,
Putting the words I write inside my head,
And now I shall tell it as it is,
For these thoughts of mine need to be said;
I have a Ark-Angel, Michael with me,
Who helps and spurs me on,
Gives me the courage and fight for changes,
In my life, present and past gone!
He spurs me on and helps me through,
Giving his strength and support to me,
To ease my burden, by giving me strength,
And helping and guiding me to who I'll be!
My Angel Michael helps me to face;
All changes within my life,
Wrapping invisible wings around me,
Easing my pain, my fears and my strife;
My Angel Divine Michael always supports me,
In this life that I live this day,
Guiding me towards the light, to good,
And helping me by leading the way;
He carries me when I can no longer go on,
And his footsteps lead me towards my goal,
Lifting my spirits high above,
Making my life good and whole;
My Ark Angel, Michael, my supporter,
Of life and of hope and of peace,
Is there, always there at my side,
Until the day comes for my release;
And until that day comes to pass,
He is always there at my side, so you see,
As I have always said, yes, always said;
There is an Angel looking after me.
For there is you know, there is,
We all have an Angel in our life,
And when we feel we are so alone and blue,
And everything cuts like a knife;
That's when your Angel takes over,
And lends you his wings for a while,
Invisibly helping and supporting you,
And removes the frown and turns it to smile.
So when you are feeling sad and down,
And feel there's no-one helping you…
Whisper gently to your Angel,
And that Angel will help you through!
I've always known there's an Angel at my side,
And never once did I doubt or falter,
Nor will I; for no matter what anyone says,
My thoughts on my Angel won't alter!
So yes, I believe in Angels,
For Ark Michael, is my guiding light!
Who will never fail me throughout my life!
And who, when it's dark he makes it bright.
