The passage way to another world
Hidden by logic and paranoia
Discovered by the open mind
When set free in the night
DarCness is lovely
Yet many still seem to be frightened
When in truth
They should all be delighted
For those lingering shadows
And cold night drifts
Is a gift that light
Can never give
Thoughts fill your mind
Of lingering dangers
Yet your breath is captured
And sight isn't a choice
For you hear the voices
That sing in the cold air
Speaking a unique language
The light can't understand
Every night is different
Yet days look the same
And when it rains on cloudy days
The darkness doesn't come as late
And the frozen icy winds
Shift and craft of your face
Remember that darCness can always do this
Yet light can on few days
