Drip Drop
The pattern falls
My memory is awaken
As I lean on the stone wall
I reach my hand out
and catch a shatter drop of rain
And I can suddenly feel
My heart do the same
I look at it closely
As if it tells my past
Back on the night
I saw my first and last
Blinding me with the expression
They bared to my face
I turned away and left them
Feeling out of place
As the thunder cracks
From far up in the sky
I swear I could hear
Their tears and soulful cries
The memory disturbs me
But what can I do now?
Other than stare at my hand
And feel the world come down
For all I know
They don't want me coming back
But I still feel
That sense of being attached
To them this very second
As I hold their shattered tear in hand
I'll consider my lesson learned
When I start loving Again
