'' They're All Bloody Liars ''
When elections are due the public take note,
they'll tell you anything to secure your vote,
to achieve that aim is what they intend,
even if it means the truth they will bend.
Let me make this crystal clear,
they'll tell you what you want to hear,
you'll be promised the Earth as well as the Moon,
but don't hold your breath for it won't happen soon.
When elected and finally put into power,
their policies against you will soon make you cower,
you'll pay for their moats and their ranch style fences,
with much higher taxes to fund their expenses.
There'll be job cuts galore for you and me,
but none for them that they'll agree,
a freeze on your wages while they get a rise,
paid for by us regardless of size.
Tighten your belt is what they'll tell us,
while they make their millions no problem no fuss,
their manifesto's will cause us all friction,
when you find out they're a work of fiction.
Everything they say will be based on spin,
against all their lies you'll find you can't win,
very soon after you will see the light,
all the lies they've told will give you a fright.
After five years when it's time to assess,
you'll find once again we are left with their mess,
as broken promises and scandals abound,
you'll find the culprits are nowhere to be found.
To sort out our country they've had hundreds of years,
yet all they ever do is to leave us in tears,
while you lose your home and are left with the tension,
they're filthy rich with a massive pension.
An important question all of us must ask,
is why the guilty are not taken to task,
while they're stealing our taxes isn't it odd,
only five out of hundreds are charged with fraud.
If we don't let them know they are on probation,
they'll continue their abuse of our great nation,
if it's found they are robbing us blind,
they will be jailed and heavily fined.

for they'll all be broken once they're elected,
it's all their untruths which stoke our fires,
