I was lost
Weak and weary
All that I am it is by you
Through you,never giving up on me
I was crushed
No place to call my home
In a world so cruel so unforgiving
No love no light in sight ,
My only friend was guilt
Which I'm guilty of
The emptiness within
Was more then I could bare
Searching ,to fill in
This hole deep inside my soul
Wit out you Lord!
Only hopelessness
A road that leads to sadness
Wit out you there is no peace
Constant battle that I cannot win,
Captive restless hopeless in need
Could not be set free
Wit out you Lord Jesus!
In my life there is no joy
No hope , no truth , no love!
No peace to be found
In an eternal obscurity
Such a sad destiny
With you through you
I'm finally set free,
Stand on a blessed assurance
I can see the light
Chains have been broken
You my Lord my Savior!
You are all ever needed
Forever humble forever grateful
It is your love that amazes me saved me
All because your loving Grace and mercy
I am eternally set free.
