Trials Of Life.
Life has it's trials and tribulations,
We all know that's true,
And when we're having a problem,
We don't know what to do?
No-one said life was easy,
No promises were given,
We all have choices to make,
Cos life is for the living.
So every day we wake up,
Wipe the sleep from our eyes,
Never knowing what's before us,
Everything is a surprise.
We weren't warned of pain,
Nor were we warned of strife,
We all believed in a bed of roses,
But that's not true to life.
If we knew what beheld us,
The sadness and the pain,
Would we even bother?
Is there anything to gain?
I've heard it asked, 'what's life for?'
It's just torment, horror and strife,
But that's just it, the message is...
We have to make the most of life!
For everything in life there's a reason,
And the trick is, to find out what?
And when we finally come to our end,
that's when we know what we've got!
There has to be a reason to life,
And one day we will know,
But until then, we do our best,
For we live the worlds greatest show...
