BEFORE I AM LEFT OLD AND GREY
Before I am left old and grey
I'll live my life from day to day
And make sure what I did was right
By keeping loved ones within sight.
Success is not by what you earn,
But many men are yet to learn;
The values of the life they lead
As many men still fall to greed.
I've lived the times, when times are hard,
When you're afraid to drop your guard,
But through those times love stands its test
And love it never needs a rest.
When looking back I want to see
The happy times time's that came to be.
Instead of wishing I did more
And seeing love as just a chore.
