 ~REFLECTING MOMENTS~

TAKE FIVE


take five Pictures, Images and Photos

Stamped upon my forehead
"free me"

I have no clue as to why!

All of my minutes are consumed
with questions???

Nearing the end as I feel
father time quickens our days
and lessons our sleep

I pray resolve

To no avail...

Seems I have been running away
all my life or lives---
but to where? and from whom?

Am I escaping my past
myself or the monsters
that have eaten me alive-

Every so often
I am part of (the natural order)
then again {{I bounce against it}}
the thinning veil of existence

This obscure wall
It is fractured
mirroring my presence

Since a child I was able
to measure ones worth
and to know his ways
his aura expressed his evil
or his good center.

I float when I sleep
and I fly often~

My dreams are exhilarating
adrenaline filled
I meet my other selves...

Never do I find joy-

With a shallow breath
I return to the present
with sad regrets

My search is infinite
it will never be complete____

Emptiness fills my core
and it's pang is loud
trembling my vessel

I'd give anything
to know of someone like me...
