somewhat spoken
in oceans and rivers
wait not for long
the eddies and currents
of time flows steadily
over the moments of
verse and rhyme
like waiting for a friend
to arrive for dinner
hanging on the telephone
missed engagements
laughter in an elevator
when no one is around
every lie you told
false accusations
and the hypocracy of
rational thought..
brings me back
to this cat..
have no worries..
care for naught..
simply said..
learn to let go my child..
and walk with God..
