 THE DANCE OF SPRING
As Spring laurels dance our way
Too bad the season cannot stay
A favorite time of year by most
Renewal and fancy it does host
The robins do prance earningly
Their post to take yearningly
They pray for fine nesting
and findings for resting
No curtain can hide springs glory
and makes for nature's story
Squirrels do bury their finds
and gaze at morning glory vines
What a pittance of Winter it makes
we open do open our gates
And whince we find a story in mind
Spring can tell it by grace
