 GREEN GRASS
I always think of celebration as
the grass as it turns green
In the Springtime so unexpected.
Although it's a gradual process.
The trees seem to be surprised
all of the sudden in their eyes.
On a long ride in the country,
shows it much more abundantly.
Ostensibly it peeks from the rubble...
out of the Winter's demise.
The blades spout in noticeably
Progress with much delight.
