Mother's Tasks
Can you ever remember someone with so much talent
Handling them as though within, they were inherent
It so amazing, that in no time one could master so fast
That art of having the ability to be able to multitask.
This job comes readily with multiplicity of duties
And in many of them, there is not dividing boundaries
Having no guides, only having to go by past examples
In this position, there is no access to any training manual.
Also in this job, duties are performed with no pay
Plenty overtime and sometimes, one has to work night and day
There is no breaks, no time time to rest always on duty
But yet, those persons worked quite, cheerily and happily.
Always will and will stand very firm and sound
That love in them, will not die for any reason
No matter what even if the world is set against you.
Will not let you down, will be there to see you through.
Always in your eyes, she will be considered very wise
There will be always respect for, and will heed her advice
Because all through your life, even all of what you gained
Her teachings were that catalyst, that too you to the heights attained.
So somewhere in the world each minute, there is some joyful sob
Another lady has be blessed with the joys of motherhood
So all nations should revere them as national treasures
Oh! What joy to this earth are brought by those mothers.
