Transition
From the mat to life
Is difficult;
Without
An anchor, I float
Downstream.
Creating
An anchor in my
Practice;
Driving
It deep into my
Being.
Gentleness
Follows behind me
Quietly;
Wagging
It's tail like a
Puppy.
Positioning
My body, mind, and
Breath;
Prepared
To become one with
Presence.
Unified,
I stand strong in
Wisdom;
Becoming
That which my heart
Desires.
Transition
From mat to life is
Difficult;
Without
An anchor, I float
Downstream.
