unknown lost love
Look at me
and tell me what you see
do you feel what I feel
Oh, how can it be
Today I lost a love
that to the world was never shown
and I just don't know
why it had to go
Oh, I wanted to cry
but so hard I tried
not to when I heard his goodbye
and I just don't know why
My best friend she was
but that was in the past
tonight she's having a blast
with the love I so much want
But his happiness keeps me alive
and I know I'll be alright
