  Empty Words
      Empty Words

I sit here in my lonely chair,
Really going nowhere.
Wasting all my life away,
Writing empty words I  say.

Never feeling fine you see,
Sitting in my misery.
Watching my friends fall away,
Writing empty words I say.

I used to feel good used to laugh,
Now I stare at your photograph.
Remembering all that went away,
Writing empty words I say.

So there's nothing, loneliness,
And you can tell the rest.
That you turned and walked away,
Because of empty words I say.
