~The sigh of the abandoned soul~

My heart sinks down,
Within me hide the silent cry.
Can hear the sound of their bitter cry;
Can see the dreary look on their young faces.
Life snatches away their sole protectors.
In the valley, they're left alone to plead their own case.
Like Gladiators they combat life for a piece of winning bread.
If live through your own thoughts, you might be deceived by the evil eyes,
but by the word you shall lay a helping hand.
