MEMORIES-- THERE AND BACK
We're here and well, we were there.
Many a mile traveled on this road.
Okay, lets see do I remember what
The old used to be,s. The if only and maybes.
The many moments we let slide away.
Always thinking okay,if I hit a wall I'll
breach it. Now this wall I'm at is layered in
memories no way through,each brick a though
each course, a moment in time held in bondage
together, and kept apart by,the cement of time.
Dreams of old used to be.
Gotta stop travel ling this road of yesterdays
here we are, and here we stay contented.
Happy on the road of today. Went many a place
and now,glancing,back don't regret.I'll put my
hand on the wall,and recover old times, old friends
forgotten in the mists of yesterdays.
