Silence Broken
The aftermath of emptiness
Becomes of one where soon depressed
Comes to knock on mind and soul
The little of what's left to hold
Darkness paints you into corners
Discomfort holds you there as mourner
Of all things wrong you wish were right
Weakness came and stole His Light
The very light that looks to shine
Upon the child who stands in line
Last not first but first is last
As it is written one thought GOD passed
The very need to fall to knees
To change what blinds your eyes to see
That there is more to the present
Your gift of life, His omnipresence
Believe, take hold and don't let go
Though fires rain upon just know
Today brings change not of pocket
Change this world rejects and mocks it
Don't fall prey to heartfelt calls
The many cried in moments mauled
For He hears you, blessings are yours
Just ask and wait for Heavens cure
For in His time not yours of sorrow
Will bring the joy of your tomorrows
Though messages of His not mine
Become the part, become of time
Know this beloved I too hold to
This write all His, He wrote for you
