It is the responsibility of parents, to be vigilant
To if possible monitor their children's deportment
But some tend to overlook a very dangerous addiction
Those dangers posed by some programs on the television.
Yes some of them are manufactured with some form of parental control
So that there can be some method, that can in some way withhold
Those programs that may have some sort of influence, on their minds
And may, want to experiment, in the course of time
We do understand that those involve, it's their profession
But the viewer's are the ones that make it a successful presentation
And the producer may add to the scene so alteration
So as to get ratings, and of course financial reasons
Some may portray acts of very improper behavior
This can be seen nowadays, some of the actions are quite similar
Just take a look at what is promoted in those soap opera
There are some people whose pattern them to the letter.
In some of those where a person perpetrate a heinous crime
There is no remorse or any attempt shown there at any time
But the offender looks at the victim just giving that sneer
That too is a feature being demonstrated in similar situation, today.
But instead of doing something one may hear in the society
That is the product of having watching too much TV
But instead of blaming it is a good time that all chip in
To create a situation that we can work with, let call it a win
So parents do not sit and think that you have failed
A little explanation about the television's purpose is all it entailed
Use the television as a form of education, a sort of pointer
And not to take all that is seen as any truthful matter.
