Temperatures are unforgiving
Seems frying is what we're living
Summers highs seem pressed to bring
Another weight of complaining
The shade where cooler thoughts prevail
The need to be, embarked new trail
Brings resolutions that work and fail
Don't sweat the details hang in don't bail
Your stress levels at all time high
Jobless maybe the need to try
To stay focused hold to beliefs
The days ahead will bring relief
Be of good courage this war of wills
Are just for now a bitter pill
Sweeter shall be the days ahead
Be now patient, don't lose your head
Words spoken some time ago
Before you came to be, to know
That in Gods time all this will pass
Just keep your faith, you shall outlast
Become like Job, that suffered through
The worst in life though gratitude
Was spilled by words and thanks to one
That carried him and you undone
No sweat on brow should vanquish you
It's just His gift to cool, walk through
The worst of times be it today
Or your tomorrows come be what may
