Negotiation
In every walk of life, with those we form any relation
Whether deliberately or accidentally, there is a form of negotiation
As early in our infant life, in order to get some form of attention
That little cry brings everything to a very successful completion.
Most of those who have lots of experience in the process of negotiation
Know full well it is not important to bring ego to the discussion
And would most certainly create that atmosphere of indifference
If there is any indication that there will be arrogance
One of the steps is to place some view on the table
Listen attentively, to those areas that they find unsuitable
There is most certainly nothing wrong in doing a bit of altering
So that there could be a situation; that to both will be considered a win-win.
There also in this process to include most importantly some trust
This element will to the negotiations will be a great plus
As this to the other may give that implied assurance
That all discussions and decisions; are in the strictest confidence.
Negotiating is not a process where one goes for a wining situation
Holding fast not wanting to budge, not moving in any direction
Quite forgetting that it is not a way to gain any personal accolade
Only looking at a way of arriving; at a point, at which both are glad.
It is always important to get some information on the opposition
Like area that can be vitally important, to their base of motivation
So that this will give that air of confidence which can be very helpful
When there is that meeting at the negotiation's table.
There are moments we call to enquire about an article's price
We many want one, but the cost make us think otherwise
Then by discussion got the features and its other accessories
Just by omitting some of them, we got one that suit out needs.
