Hatred abroad and here our doom
Is not of GOD, but by the hands
Of everyone across the land
Here where wars are stirred on streets
Afar where blood is shed circle complete
The young, the child who's led by man
These fragile minds be death or damned
Eyes don't lie where substance runs
Across countries with hands on guns
Hatred spewed by ignorance
Love defiled by arrogance
Hunger strikes and spares no one
As fire fights run wild undone
In wars that spare no one, no child
Last one with name mankind defiles
You need not look past your front door
To see precious what GOD adores
Be them yours or dialect
Different, the heart to love accept
In land where bombed out buildings stand
On roadside walks in ground, homeland
Lives short lived taken by fire
Explosions tripped that never tire
Here where hell just sits and waits
To crush a heart, young life forsake
A war not theirs shall come of age
Turning back time, turning the page
To read while coffee pours this day
