The new power
The Mayans were ahead of time
Brought people to their knees
Made them feel so very small
They could never please
They knew the stars
Spoke great words
They grew their food
They smoked their herb
In the fire of mystics burned
A knowledge that was great
But they were killed one by one
For them it was too late
But the secret that they had
Is carried on today
They spoke the truth and reached out
And this is what they'd say
2012 will come and go
All will change their minds
In a magnificent pure light
The whiteness that's so fine
The universe is in a row
Magnetic poles are strong
We'll finding out now you see
They did not get it wrong
But we can't tell the people
They will expand their mind
Becoming far more spiritual
This is what they'll find
We'll communicate a way
It will be new to us
Not only in spoken words
Reading minds a plus
It will be the dawning
Of a much better way
Of getting what we want
There's no more to say
