Lost within the wilderness
Destined just to roam

You tears were always constant
You did not have a thing
Lost and deep in silence
Forgotten how to sing

As you're falling backwards
Trust me you are safe
God is there to catch you
You life is not a waste

He'll wipe away your sadness
Fill you full of glee
I know this will happen
It's happening to me

God's love is everlasting
He'll wipe away you tears
Surrounding you with angels
Protect you from your fears

This can only happen
If you want to please
Find a place that's quiet
Get down on your knees

Tell Him your whole story
The mess that you are in
He's saving all your teardrops
Forgiving all you sins

He lifts you up so gently
And He holds you close
He makes things so peaceful
And sends the Holy Ghost
