Not so good
Not so good
I wander blindly through my life
Trying to be good
Or am I just a foolish man
With a heart of wood
I try so hard at who I am
You say I've failed at that
That I don't care I look away
You crushed me where I sat
Messing up's a constant thing
You say I don't think fast
When I thought I was the lead
You say that I am last
I screw up at things I do
But doesn't everyone?
Things I carry weigh me down
They must weigh a ton
The sadness that I feel is real
I love you very much
I'm lost and can't find my way
I don't know very much
I try to learn, improve myself
I'm running out of time
Just one time could you smile?
And say I'm doing fine
I wander blindly through my life
Trying to be good
Or am I just a foolish man
With a heart of wood
I try so hard at who I am
You say I've failed at that
That I don't care I look away
You crushed me where I sat
Messing up's a constant thing
You say I don't think fast
When I thought I was the lead
You say that I am last
I screw up at things I do
But doesn't everyone?
Things I carry weigh me down
They must weigh a ton
The sadness that I feel is real
I love you very much
I'm lost and can't find my way
I don't know very much
I try to learn, improve myself
I'm running out of time
Just one time could you smile?
And say I'm doing fine
