As we turn back the
pages, might we not
see where we once were
in gentler ages
Simply put, time was
slower as youth's
gentle flower blooms
but once in our lives
And so soon the
bloom looses it's
luster and so time
has it's way with us
So soon we all
discover..that the
sun doeth shine and
also may the moon
recover..Dust storms
of laughter and
bitter tears cut
deeply into my fears
So soon, but for
a moment in time
Here and there and
gone in the wink
of an eye..Life is
a sweet gift for
some and pain and misery
For those who stand
long..Drifting in an
endless void..Forever
in our minds..a taste
of sea salt on our
tongues..
