Rainbows glisten as their colors burst forth.
Sunlight shows in each teardrop. They run
down the leaves plunging to the ground. I sit
quietly on the cool of the mist. Fairies
dancing round my feet and there's magic in
the air.
So I was off to see the wizard who
lived far away. Going down the garden
path I passed a lake. I went to the edge
and looked in. Yep the same old frog I
used to be, and I still am.
As I hopped along, I passed a field with bears
of all colors standing in it. They were
humming and singing a song. So I went on
deeper into the forest. I passed a lot of fields
with other types of animals all singing and
humming.
Help! What was that?
There stood a beautiful Princess, her hair
blowing in the wind. Her gown was caught in a
thorn bush. "Can I help?" I asked. "You may
kind frog." So I tugged at the stuck part of the gown.
Carefully so I would not tear it. She was so happy to
be free that she picked me up and kissed me.
Suddenly!
I became a handsome Prince. You see the old
Witch turned me into a frog just to be mean.
"Where were you going?" She asked. "I was
Going to see the wizard." I replied. "Well you
don't have to now." She said. It was true now
I was a Prince! No longer a frog yaaa!
The Birds were so happy they started to sing.
The hummingbirds hummed right along. The
Princess and I danced and danced. And lived
happily ever after.
Which goes to show you. When you are looking
for the wizard, you might just need a kiss
from a Princess.
