At the ready
When I think You forgot me
You show me You are there.
My prayers You always answer
Showing me You care.
Thank you, thank you, thank you
Sometimes You read my mind.
And You touch my life again
And make things turn out fine.
Tell me what I can do for You
So I can tell the World?
Of all the things You do for me
It sets my mind to whirl.
Give me strength to carry through
The plan You have for me.
Touch me open up my eyes
Help me just to see.
I know You are always with me
You're filling up my mind.
With all the love You give me
Stopping me from being blind.
Show me where I must go
Tell me what I must know.
Tell me how to say the words
That will make them flow.
So I stand and wait for You
To show me the way.
I know they will listen to me
Cause You taught me what to say.
