My Destiny
Out of the shadows of the darkest night
You stepped forth like a dazzling light
Commanding my full attention , no other could compare
To your striking handsome face, your wavy raven hair
So strong, so magnetic, yet so tender and kind
You, forever I dreamed of and believed I would find
With love overflowing, so gentle yet strong
Once in your arms, this is where I belong
How can I make you begin to see
What your priceless love has given to me
When I looked into your eyes I felt
My fears and inhibitions melt
Looking into your soul I knew
The love I feel for you is true
For in your Heart, your eyes I see
My future and my Destiny
Time stood still when our lips met
Safe in the arms of my Beshert
Blind to all others, only you I see
My love, my life, my Destiny.
