 Strange World
Perhaps normality is a choice
Like the sound of an angel's voice
Whispering softly in ones ear
That all our worries shall disappear
Perhaps we were brought here for a reason
Not to follow the pattern of the seasons
More of a stir in the calm waves
The eruption of change, the awakening of graves
Perhaps I am the perfect imperfection
One who suffers through life's lessons
Nothing more than a human being to the eye
Yet we feel like a monster in disguise
The day may seem bright and the path clear
But there is always a new world that stands near
Maybe we aren't all meant for normality
Perhaps we are the strange world of creativity and mystery.
