When one is at elementary school and wondering
Just how well one might be doing over time
One usually looks within ones school books there
And more than likely a teachers note you' ll find
So one then takes notice of that teachers notes
And tries to turn it into something better still
That's of course if one wishes to do well at school
If not make the same mistakes then one always will
It's a bit like living most of our lives it's true
Only mistakes become our teachers mostly all the way
And as often though many might not believe it at all
After awhile karma in life almost always has its say
If one generally want to know where they are in school
In the big real school of everyday life as we live
They can then look at their lives some what to tell
As often generally speaking we end up with what we give
Now these might not be my philosophical thoughts but then
One cannot argue with the many wisdom's that life teaches
They say what we sow we as well in life usually reap
And it's these wisdom's in life that we find preaches
The wisdom's of life are there for all to find and know
As are the basic old school values that will always be
We can usually know where we are up to in life's school
As karma is real in all it's degrees as it is as well free
If ones life is not as one would have it be in life
Than one must know that we are the captains of our soul
And what we should then do it's always been so true
Is walk away towards the sunshine and leave behind the cold
Now this might sound a little harsh but in reality it's true
It mostly back when took one decision to get us into strife
So it should only take one decision to get us out again
And hopefully get us a brand new and most wonderful life
But so often we make the same mistakes over and over again
And back into holes that we have all mostly been in before
Time to sit and think and think about it all over our time
And this time decide to open up yet a completely brand new door.
