Under the Moonlight
It's a very peaceful night,
Under the twinkling starlight.
The sky awakens with golden light.
As I walk along this lonesome road,
Under the moonlight.
The road is long, no end in sight.
Turn around, I just might.
These feelings are so hard to fight.
As I walk alone, it's too quiet,
Under the moonlight.
Shadows chase me in the night.
You can't catch me because I just might,
Not look back into the night.
As I walk on home
