Think of the Future
Many parents invest heavily in their children's education
Cumulating with their graduating from a higher learning institution
Then after all this, many sit silently and feel their pain
As some most certainly; find employment so very hard to gain
There are some many changes taking place in this era
But how many have made any changes to their curricula
So concerned with reputation, not looking at the problem before them
That they never try to include any courses at all on futuring
Parent too must be alert and do their a form of preparation
Yes erudition though important, but in the context of a changing situation
There should take a look at preference enclosed in a qualification aura
This will certainly create an atmosphere that reeks of inertia
Imagine them being interviewed for a job at a corporation
Responses giving them impression that lack of ability to function
Remember they will now see you as a sort of financial strain
As they will look at the cost that it will take to train
Therefore children, do not consider it time wasting or a bother
Take time out to have good look, seeing what is required for the future
Hence with this type of outlook, there will be preparation in both body and mind
This will keep them up to date, with changes over the course of time.
Governments too should incorporate a very special portfolio
Whose primary focus is to look at happenings of the future?
So there can be implemented, a very viable training plan
This may give some hope and a sense of security to the youth of the land.
In a world now advancing in current of some rapid changing
There is certainly that need to embark on journey of futuring
To deny may be something that you may someday come to regret
This may later become that millstone around the neck.
