There's a real big problem in Australia out in the middle
Away out where there's nothing much at all now thanks to them
They've been there breeding since 1838 and doing well
And by the looks of it they'll be there until God knows when
Last heard there was over a million plus and maybe more
As they travel wide and far and grace in search of water
And of late they've been using some for meat production
They'll not get rid of them not even with meat slaughter
They can drink fifty gallons in a minute flat so easy
And they wreck all the water holes that they find
Leaving nothing for any other animals needing a drink
As they usually leave there such a total mess behind
Its the male Camel that comes on heat it's so to be
And he has no short supply of wives it always seems
To a male Camel this must be his heaven on earth
And is wrecking the country out there to extreme
They have culled ever so many over time best they can
But there are still so many more of them yet to come
Some people they say how they love the camel ever so
But they have not seen more than likely what it's done
The wild feral Australian Camel so very healthy too
All over Australia are they now are as well true blue
And so very many more than could be known it's true
This animal it runs havoc on towns way more than a few
I'd say there's more Camels in Australia than anywhere
And they are still breeding so well it really seems to be
But they are working on this problem every day every way
The wild Australian Camel so many in the driest out back free.
