Constancy and Perseverance
Go out and find your source of strength,
Then persevere at utmost length;
Do it through the kindness of Christ,
Even though things are sacrificed.
So the message that you have heard,
Written within the Holy Word;
Many witnesses verified,
That the Gospel is bona-fide.
Entrust this message onto those,
Who are competent and have chose;
A willingness to teach others,
In making them Christian brothers.
Always think about the Lord,
Show Him He is loved and adored;
Honor and thank Him for your life,
Even with your toils and strife.
So tell others of the Good News,
And how Jesus paid all their dues;
Because we will go to a place,
No longer suffer in disgrace.
We do endure everything,
Because it is the cross we cling;
For the sake of those who elect,
Even others that would reject.
For Jesus is your foundation,
That you may receive salvation;
A kinship that will not sever,
With glory that lasts forever.
