The question that I find myself asking of late
And I see it's head raise all the time
Having my heart and mind and soul ask again
What association has holiday and winters got
to do with a Christmas or Christmas rhyme
Christmas is when Jesus was born
The Bible it says so
Holidays are time off work
Winter is one of our seasons this we know
Christmas will always be just that Christmas
If I like it or not it's still so true
Christmas is all about Christ and loving
Giving and Christmas cheer Right through
Holidays are man made and selected days
We have off work sometimes even with pay
But there's no replacing according to the Bible
Of it being anything else ever but Christmas day
Man changing Gods earth again ,,
And the record books ..
