**WINTER'S PROMISES**
Winter berries sprouts,showed their beauties through cold winter wind Mountains,fields,trees..changed their faces into season's rind Morning frost,slowly melting through the beam of dawn Flowing downward from trees..to incite the sleeping lawn The touch of the first falling snow was cold, but gentle With implicit greeting,to a yawning heart..they bring some rattle The nature's crimson canvas slowly fading from my sight And I found myself gazing,to an amazing world..so white Winter wind blew and whispered something on my ear It promised wonderful things that can bring laughter..cheer And told me a sweet magic thing that happens on snowy cold dark night An amazing "diamond dust"that shone,together with sparkling stars and moonlight So I decided to mingle and live my life with this new season To bring my dull lackluster life into the world of smile and glisten Last autumn's displeasure,restlessness..vanished Because winter's promises,now in my heart..cherished.
