long gone..
my mind done
sang the swan song..
it took a mighty
big leap..
and never came back..
my friends..
I've promised
to see things through
even up unto the end..
Times change..
people don't..
lessons to be learned..
of heart ache
and simple madness..
ever reaching
for the stars
that shine..
my feet are
on the ground..
and the talking
stones and walking
bones..leave us
breathless and
in wonderment..
of how it just
became to be..
the cactus..
the flower..
and the honeybee
of thin veils
of reality..
and how time
and space..bends
to the will..
of uncommonly grace..
the sacrifices made
for the meat is
laid out on the table..
and swallowed whole
oh so bitter sweet..
no nevermind the sorrows
todays worries are enough
forget all your tomorrows..
