Core Point
All of us are surrounded by
polarizing opinions.
This is a world which bounces,
from action to reaction and
expression to opposition.
My soul feels pulled in all
directions and there is a
state of duality pulls me apart.
However, when i find my centre,
the core point -of myself - the quite place ,
that is untouched by push or pull,
of daily living and the tensions of this world.
Today,let me concentrate on
staying on my core point .
