New Look
I look very unsightly,
I wanted to look stunning,
I tried on a new outfit,
I put on new clothes,
I got a new hairstyle,
I felt good,and beautiful,
Stll I was not happy.
I decided to look
at my inner feelings,
Why am i not happy?
I identified the values in me.
It tells me that outside beauty,
is not important to me.
I looked deeper inside again,
I see things differently,
I see the world differently,
I see the people around differently,
I explored my self more.
I realised that i appreciate,
the inner beauty more than
the outside beauty.
I decided to continue,
the same way as I am .
