Changing Times
How now be people are more concern and alarm at the rate
Of how changes are occurring at such rate that it difficult to estimate
Because one day there is room lots of open space
Then before too long buildings have taken over the place
Some countries have now gone headlong into with such enthusiasm
In try to get those many benefits that can be derived from tourism
Now that great demand to increase the number of rooms
Have resulted in expansion in current and hence building boom
Hence those hotels presence will therefore will certainly continue
To increase those properties that is around real estate value
So this burden on these owners caused by an the taxes pressure
Will make them so willing to see thus adding to the hotel's infrastructure
Then a time will come when those owners of these properties
Have tried to take control of that beach front very exclusively
Putting barriers to restrict those from having that customary access
This has created a situation which indeed needs to be address
Not only the beach front but this behavior is mirrored in the interior
Area that has that panoramic view, so the view there is breathtakingly better
This automatically put those lands there in a different tax base
Thus making those owners around strive hard to keep their place
So these rapid changes has now come to include
That sudden change in the people's taste of food
As those food chains and supermarkets are replacing arable land
Hence people now have to change that diet plan
Those changes are even taking place at all quarters
It is not surprising too, that there is a change in culture
Look at the life styles changes, language and music preference
With the result that some of those local values seems to retreat to a remote distance.
