Cat & Mouse

My cat lies on her mat,
Without chewing anything,
The mouse comes in from outside,
Going here and there into the corners,
The cat lifted her head and looked around,
Nothing to see, back to the mat,
Just adjusting her whiskers & limbs,
Heard the sound again, and saw the mouse,
In the corner of the room,
Jumped up from the mat and
Started to run behind it,
The hide and seek games started.
After a few minutes the cat came with
Blood on her face and whiskers,
And pulling a mouse with her teeth.
And looked at us and said the game is over.
