Of a Staff with a skull cap,
Causing death of the Creatures
According to life span, and You
Are the Mother who feeds the souls,
You are feeding the hungry Ghosts on
Burning grounds out of compassion!
You are the most beautiful Yogini,
With a firm abdomen, alluring
The strict practitioners of yoga
With many a sweet song!

You are the Renowned One,
Praised by the Vedic hymns!
O Devi Parvati,with matted hair,
Who performed penace for Siva,
You are constantly transforming,
And turning red in every morning!
O Mother Kaali, with red eyes,You
Are quaffing blood continuously to
To give birth to Sun, who blazes forth
With Red flames of golden fire, Mother,
Why don't You allow me now to swim
In the Ocean of Consciousness Bliss?
