Don't Disdain
How often we hear people stereotyped certain occupation
Deeming them fit for people who have little or no education
Sometimes they laughed in a manner depicting their ignorance
But never stop for a moment to seen any significance or importance
This can be hurting to observe children as they played
Then one may turn on the other and imaging what is being said
Why are you getting on so “Your mother is just a lowly maid?”
Mind you the situation may not differ, but that is how some are made
Nations formerly show depended heavily for existence on agriculture
This too was in the hands of those who were considered to have little future
But as time progressed it proved to be a savior and had extensive and diverse potential
Now it can bring in vital revenue, and even keep home by feeding the home circle
Now even those jobs of maids have reached such an important position
Being an important cog in the wheels of hotels and those corporation
Their work and expertise have been what makes the décor so clean
These visible signs is what will most certainly attract potentials to the its scene
Look too those changes have also brought that great demand for work
Now that former stereotypic behavior is gone, they are doing what they one shirk
So one can see people now with even a level of university education
Have not choice by to do that occupation their forefathers frowned upon
But as always life and living will continue to present that paradox
And so the progression of time will bring home those hard facts
That what you may look at today with such a great deal of disdain
Will tomorrow be the very thing that wills your finances maintain.
