The Silent Master
Have the use of the technology made our lives any easier
Can we say that it is not now the servant but the master?
Because it has that ability to move things along a bit faster
But in the process this may sometime later spell disaster
There are people so set in ways that themselves never try to update
So when the workplace use technology, the find themselves in a sorry state
Those years of being dormant and stagnant, let then become caught in the down stream
As technology began to multiply and out life's river with it got teem
Now too almost every room in the house will be decorated with a computer
Access by cell phones, lap-tops and other devices that are Oh so miniature
Getting caught in the fascination, even addiction always holding the attention
To that point where we get remiss in our contact with another person?
At those finger tips there is that privy to a host of such information
Even professional have to be prepared for a barrage of questions
Now even the sick can access to the intricacies of their medication
Though good, but some now want to have that influence in the prescription
But what impact this have on the future, the off spring yes those children
