Poetic Verses
Amidst The Unknown
Beautiful is my garden
where I spend time alone.
I watch a lovely butterfly
flutter into the unknown.
Never warned of danger
in a world misunderstood.
The butterfly takes a chance
but the outcome isn't good.
Who knows what can happen,
to the unknowing butterfly.
In the open field of flowers
freedom is the clear blue sky.
Beware the perils of the earth
in a world that hurts its own.
caught in the net of a stranger
in the world of the unknown.
The butterfly didn't make it
as it fluttered beyond flower.
fragile is human and insect
in the midst of pride and power.
