 once upon a time

One. The people in this world are crazy.
Two. The technology in this world drives them crazy
Three. Where do the people go to escape?

Okay, we have established a link.
We’re all crazy.  What can we do?
Nothing,I hear you say.
One. We could stop using technology
Two. We could be considerate and stop texting.
Three. We could stop being part of the human race.

Perhaps the race is what’s driving us crazy.
One. We’re racing to glory but finding only ashes.
Two. Three above is impossible so what are we to do?

Okay, here’s what we shall do. Let’s all be quiet.
How about we consider four and stop wanting more.
Most of what we want is what’s driving us crazy.

Let’s settle for less and be ourselves, part of a species.
Forget the race. It isn’t part of humanity.
Three above will do. We shall talk to one another.
Forget two.
