Climb the highest mountain, punch the face of god

Big Fishy

I am here.
Drowning
And spitting up
Black tar from
My weathered lungs.
I am here.
Doggy paddling
Up from the bottom
While krakens try
To hold me accountable.
I am here.
Weeping.
I give sorrow to my name
And run into the blissful unknown.
I get lost and
I stay there.
I am here.
I am all tears and forgiveness.
Melting.
I am one abuse case after another.
Trying to convince myself
That it gets better
But knowing deep inside
My heart that,
It doesn't.
I am here.
Trying to be the bigger fish,
But getting swallowed by sharks.
