 Penniluck's legacy

Compost

Tangled  roots stretched far and wide
Solid oak above
Watch us born and live and die
Until their branches touch the sky
Or tear them down for human use,
Abuse of natures love.

Human frailty takes their life
Yet still they strive and grow and grow
Fight polution nature knows that in the end
The trees will stand
While we lie down and feed the hand
Of nature with our life my friend.
